Rosina is a free and adventurous soul, passionate about gastronomy, the arts and life in general. Following in her footsteps is always an experience, and by her side we have learned that “the only true voyage of discovery consists not in seeking new landscapes, but in looking with new eyes” (Marcel Proust).

Together we laughed, we cried and all while tasting dishes from the best chefs on the planet, which is not bad. Few people have the capacity to learn, to feel and to dream, all at the same time and without restraint.

That’s how she is and that’s how she will remain, she will never change.
